Lord Rama had great trust in his wife Sita and in her capabilities and the latter never carried any disrespect towards her husband’s judgment. The couple remained united in spite of the hardships they faced. So, that trust made Rama to leave his wife in a forest and Sita understood her partner’s responsibility as a king and faced the challenge all by herself. But, she never gave up on her personal dignity and self-esteem. For the ideal Brahmin Groom, marriage meant staying together emotionally.
